    Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

    Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

    Lost Packages:


    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package is deemed lost, we will assist you in either replacing the item or issuing a refund.

    Claims Deemed an Error on Our Part:


    Claims that are deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will take responsibility for any errors in the fulfillment process and ensure that you receive the correct item or a refund.

    Refunds/Returns Process:
